Caragana, Weeping Walker (Caragana arborescens 'Walker')

This small tree has finely cut foliage for a fern-like appearance.  Strongly weeping.  An outstanding accent plant for small, tough areas, it bears bright yellow flowers in spring.  As unique as it is tough!
